Research Focus fracture mechanics, ductile fracture simulation, weld residual stress analysis, structural integrity, pipe system, seismic analysis, fatigue, creep, component life assessment, high temperature component
Introduction Based on fracture mechanics and numerical analysis, SIR laboratory research accurate and effective methods to evaluate large-scale industrial facilities and small-scale devices. In particular, our lab develop key safety technologies for core infrastructure facilities such as nuclear power plants, heavy chemical plants, and gas plants.
